Starting at Brooklyn College:

Brooklyn College generally requires the SAT. There is an easy way around the SAT: Enter as a transfer student. Minimum requirements to be a transfer student: GED, 25 credits, and one class in English and one in math. (The remainder 25 can be yeshiva credits.) To fulfill this requirement, you can take these classes at a different college.

Using Yeshiva credits for college:

Most colleges will accept a certain amount of yeshiva credits – thereby fulfilling the requirements for electives.  Brooklyn college accepts a maximum of 30 credits.  By contrast, Touro accepts a maximum of 48 credits. (They accept 12 credits per year of yeshiva, therefore to reach the maximum of 48 credits, you would have to do 4 years of yeshiva. )

To transfer credits, you will need a yeshiva transcript, which can be obtained from each yeshiva. See here.
