To get an undergraduate degree (what most people call a college degree), you need 120 credits. There are different ways to get credits, see here.
Most straightforward way is to go to a college and take enough courses to get 120 credits. For example, Brooklyn College, YU, etc.
There’s another option, often more popular with Yeshiva bochurim. Some colleges will say, “We’ll let you transfer a handful of your yeshiva credits, so that you don’t need to take as many courses with us. Even the courses that you do need to take with us, we’ll make it easy for you. We’ll let you either take them on some Jewish topic, online, as a CLEP, in some convenient location, or some combination of the above.” Examples of these programs are TTI, FDU, etc.
