YIEP is a program that partners with Bellevue University, and allows you transfer yeshiva/seminary credits towards a degree, and allows you to use a "yeshiva degree" to enroll in one of their masters degrees. They do not require a high school diploma or equivalency (GED) to begin, but having one may make you eligible for certain loans/grants etc.

They offer both undergraduate degrees (BA and BS) as well as masters degrees.

They require 127 credits to obtain your degree.  They allow you to transfer 64 yeshiva credits, and to take online exams (CLEP) for another 18 credits, which already brings you to 82 credits.

The remaining 45 credits can be taken as online courses, as required by the YIEP program. They charge $410 per credit; see their website for more details.

YIEP students are able to complete their undergraduate degree in as little as 15 to 18 months.
